YOUR RACE DAY PREP

START TIME

You will be allocated a pen letter, which will correspond to a starting wave time.

Using the table below and your allocated pen letter, you will be able to view what time you need to be in your pen by, and your estimated starting time. Please ensure you arrive on site 90 minutes before the race starts at 09:30.

YOUR PEN ALLOCATION CANNOT BE CHANGED.

If you want to start with someone who has been allocated a different pen letter, you may move backwards to an alternative pen (no need to change race number), but not forwards in an earlier starting wave.

RACE READY

We suggest arriving on site race ready, but there will be baggage drop available in the event village, as well as changing facilities. Bag drop opens at 07:30.

Baggage drop will close at 15:00 so make sure you pick up your items by then or they will be taken away with the lost property.

Any clothing items left at the start line will be donated to charity.

PARTICIPANT TRACKING

Your cheer squad will be able to see where you are throughout the course via our tracking link which you will find on this page soon!

⚠️ TRACKING IS LIVE ONLY ONCE YOU CROSS THE START LINE, DON’T WORRY IF YOU CAN’T SEE YOUR NUMBER/NAME JUST YET! ⚠️

Note down your race number or come to the help desk if you think your race number is damaged or might not be working.

RACE NUMBER

If you paid for pack postage, you will receive your race number in the post, this is sent out 2 weeks before race day and can arrive up until Friday, October 11.

It’s too late to add postage at this stage. Email us at hello@oxfordhalf.com if you have issues with your pack.

If you’ve chosen to collect from our Event Village in advance, then you’ll need to pick up your race number from the help desk on Saturday, October 13 from 10:00 to 17:00.

You must bring a PHOTO ID with you, as well as your QR code, to be able to pick up your event pack. QR codes will be emailed during the event week.
